Physical Products purchased from The Website (“Products”)
- State product details, your address, contact, payment details, and other necessary information when placing an order. Orders received after 5.00 PM GMT/BST are processed the next working day.
- Shipping options and their conditions are presented during checkout. You understand and accept the terms associated with your chosen shipping option.
- Responsibility for Customs & Duties: All products shipped from barcelona.yoyaku.io for delivery outside of the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. YOYAKU SARL has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they might be.
- Failure to Clear Customs: If a shipment is returned to YOYAKU SARL because the customer failed to clear customs or refused to pay the Import Fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and fees incurred. Additionally, the customer’s account may be charged for any duties and taxes that were not collected by the destination country. Refunds for products that are returned due to customer’s failure to clear customs will be processed minus the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
- Customs Policies: Customs policies vary widely from country to country; customers should contact their local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- Requests & Disputes: YOYAKU SARL will not refund or provide compensation for orders that are held or confiscated by customs due to non-payment of Import Fees by the customer.
- For orders outside of France, you are the importer and are responsible for all associated taxes and duties.
- Contracts for physical item sales are with YOYAKU SARL. Items are for personal use, and email is an accepted means of communication.
- No contract exists until you receive the items. We may cancel the sale for any reason until that point.
- Ensure the accuracy of your details. Notify us of changes promptly.
- You may cancel your order before dispatch by emailing [email protected] or calling +33 (0)1 80 06 64 01 between 11 am and 6 pm GMT/BST, Monday to Friday.
- Returns policy:
- Damaged/Defective Goods
- If you receive damaged or defective goods, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting [email protected]. Your request must include:
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product.
- A detailed description of the issue observed.
- Claims for transport-related damage can only be processed if sufficient evidence is provided. In the event of damage caused by the shipping company, we will open a claim directly with our transporter. Any compensation, if applicable, will be subject to the transporter’s claim validation and policies.
- Please note the following important clarifications:
- Compensation applies only to damage affecting the outer sleeve (cover) or packaging caused by transport.
- Surface marks, scratches, or defects on the vinyl record itself are not considered transport damage. These may result from the pressing or manufacturing process, which is outside our responsibility. Therefore, no refund or compensation will be granted for scratches or marks on the vinyl itself.
- Any dispute or claim opened via third-party platforms (such as PayPal) without following this process directly with us may not be accepted.
